  • Reach out to @Marco Gianesini with the event details and expected number of participants so he can make the reservation

    → Contact him at least 14 days before your event so there is enough time for the booking to be processed

  • Note: First book your room for the specific day, then plan the event details around it. This way you avoid having a planned event but no room to hold it in.

• Google Forms: Use this to create a SignUp Form if needed for your event
• Marketing: If you want to advertise your event to the public through Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp etc. get in touch with @Maria Ozimek to see what is possible. Reach out to her at least 14 days before your event so we can have a proper promotion
